    • 3 tbsp butter or coconut oil
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar
    • 2 tbsp chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • For Garnish:
    • Whipped cream or coconut whipped cream
    • A sprinkle of cinnamon
    • Thin apple slices or mint leaves

Instructions

  • Prepare the Glasses: Clean and dry the glass containers thoroughly.
  • Make the Apple Layer:
    • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook until tender and caramelized (about 5–7 minutes). Set aside to cool.
  • Prepare the Crumble Topping:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, butter, brown sugar, and nuts/seeds. Mix until crumbly.
    • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  • Assemble the Dessert:
    • Spoon a light layer of dessert creme into the bottom of each glass, leaving space for other layers.
    • Add a layer of caramelized apples on top of the creme.
    • Sprinkle a crunchy layer of crumble topping over the apples.
