Ingredients

Scale

For the Chicken Patties:

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (lightly beaten)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sliders:

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar, Swiss, or mozzarella cheese (cut in half)
  • Fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles (thinly sliced)
  • Condiments: mayo, ketchup, mustard, or your favorite sauce

Optional Toppings:

  • Sautéed mushrooms
  • Caramelized onions
  • Avocado slices
  • Spicy jalapeños

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Patties

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties about 2 inches in diameter. Place them on a plate and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

Step 2: Cook the Patties

  1. Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Add a little oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. During the last minute of cooking, add cheese slices to melt over the patties.

Step 3: Assemble the Sliders

  1. Toast the slider buns lightly on the grill or in the oven for added texture.
  2. Spread your preferred condiments on the buns. Place a chicken patty on the bottom bun, followed by fresh toppings like lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Notes

Baking Option: If you prefer baking over grilling or frying, bake the patties in a 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
