Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the chicken breasts (or thighs) with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Make the Hot Honey Sauce:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Stir until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

- While the chicken is baking, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
