Main Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Toppings:
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Red pepper flakes (optional, to taste)
Substitution Suggestions:
Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for juicier meat.
Swap cream cheese with Neufchâtel or Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
Try Monterey Jack or Colby Jack for a milder flavor.
Turkey bacon can be used for a leaner protein option.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or olive oil.
Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Arrange them in the baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and chicken broth. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast. Sprinkle shredded Pepper Jack cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
Top the dish with crumbled bacon. Optional: Place under the broiler for 2–3 minutes for a golden, bubbly top.
Remove from oven, let it rest for 5 minutes, and top with chopped green onions, parsley, or red pepper flakes, if desired.
