2 cloves garlic, minced
2 salmon fillets
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the salmon and cook until light brown, about 4 minutes.
Sprinkle the smoked paprika, oregano, thyme, and black pepper on top of the salmon.
Flip and cook for another 4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
Garnish with lemon wedges and serve.
Notes
Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
For a spicier version, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
